BILANGAN PASAL 20
20:1 LAI TB, Kemudian sampailah orang Israel, yakni segenap umat itu, ke padang gurun Zin, dalam bulan pertama, lalu tinggallah bangsa itu di Kadesh. Matilah Miryam di situ dan dikuburkan di situ.
KJV, Then came the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, into the desert of Zin in the first month: and the people abode in Kadesh; and Miriam died there, and was buried there.

וַיָּבֹאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּל־הָעֵדָה מִדְבַּר־צִן בַּחֹדֶשׁ הָרִאשֹׁון וַיֵּשֶׁב הָעָם בְּקָדֵשׁ וַתָּמָת שָׁם מִרְיָם וַתִּקָּבֵר שָׁם׃

20:2 LAI TB, Pada suatu kali, ketika tidak ada air bagi umat itu, berkumpullah mereka mengerumuni Musa dan Harun,
KJV, And there was no water for the congregation: and they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron.

וְלֹא־הָיָה מַיִם לָעֵדָה וַיִּקָּהֲלוּ עַל־מֹשֶׁה וְעַל־אַהֲרֹן׃

20:3 LAI TB, dan bertengkarlah bangsa itu dengan Musa, katanya: “Sekiranya kami mati binasa pada waktu saudara-saudara kami mati binasa di hadapan TUHAN!
KJV, And the people chode with Moses, and spake, saying, Would God that we had died when our brethren died before the LORD!

וַיָּרֶב הָעָם עִם־מֹשֶׁה וַיֹּאמְרוּ לֵאמֹר וְלוּ גָוַעְנוּ בִּגְוַע אַחֵינוּ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה׃

20:4 LAI TB, Mengapa kamu membawa jemaah TUHAN ke padang gurun ini, supaya kami dan ternak kami mati di situ?
KJV, And why have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness, that we and our cattle should die there?

וְלָמָה הֲבֵאתֶם אֶת־קְהַל יְהוָה אֶל־הַמִּדְבָּר הַזֶּה לָמוּת שָׁם אֲנַחְנוּ וּבְעִירֵנוּ׃
Translit, VELAMAH HAVETEM ‘ET-QEHAL YEHOVAH (dibaca: ‘Adonay) ‘EL-HAMIDBAR HAZEH LAMUT SYAM ‘ANAKHNU UVEIRENU
20:5 LAI TB, Mengapa kamu memimpin kami keluar dari Mesir, untuk membawa kami ke tempat celaka ini, yang bukan tempat menabur, tanpa pohon ara, anggur dan delima, bahkan air minumpun tidak ada?”
KJV, And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.

וְלָמָה הֶעֱלִיתֻנוּ מִמִּצְרַיִם לְהָבִיא אֹתָנוּ אֶל־הַמָּקֹום הָרָע הַזֶּה לֹא ׀ מְקֹום זֶרַע וּתְאֵנָה וְגֶפֶן וְרִמֹּון וּמַיִם אַיִן לִשְׁתֹּות׃

20:6 LAI TB, Maka pergilah Musa dan Harun dari umat itu ke pintu Kemah Pertemuan, lalu sujud. Kemudian tampaklah kemuliaan TUHAN kepada mereka.
KJV, And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto them.

20:8 LAI TB, “Ambillah tongkatmu itu dan engkau dan Harun, kakakmu, harus menyuruh umat itu berkumpul; katakanlah di depan mata mereka kepada bukit batu itu supaya diberi airnya; demikianlah engkau mengeluarkan air dari bukit batu itu bagi mereka dan memberi minum umat itu serta ternaknya.”
KJV, Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.

20:9 LAI TB, Lalu Musa mengambil tongkat itu dari hadapan TUHAN, seperti yang diperintahkan-Nya kepadanya.
KJV, And Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded him.

20:10 LAI TB, Ketika Musa dan Harun telah mengumpulkan jemaah itu di depan bukit batu itu, berkatalah ia kepada mereka: “Dengarlah kepadaku, hai orang-orang durhaka, apakah kami harus mengeluarkan air bagimu dari bukit batu ini?”
KJV, And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?

וַיַּקְהִלוּ מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן אֶת־הַקָּהָל אֶל־פְּנֵי הַסָּלַע וַיֹּאמֶר לָהֶם שִׁמְעוּ־נָא הַמֹּרִים הֲמִן־הַסֶּלַע הַזֶּה נֹוצִיא לָכֶם מָיִם׃

20:11 LAI TB, Sesudah itu Musa mengangkat tangannya, lalu memukul bukit batu itu dengan tongkatnya dua kali, maka keluarlah banyak air, sehingga umat itu dan ternak mereka dapat minum.
KJV, And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also.

20:12 LAI TB, Tetapi TUHAN berfirman kepada Musa dan Harun: “Karena kamu tidak percaya kepada-Ku dan tidak menghormati kekudusan-Ku di depan mata orang Israel, itulah sebabnya kamu tidak akan membawa jemaah ini masuk ke negeri yang akan Kuberikan kepada mereka.”
KJV, And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

20:17 LAI TB, Izinkanlah kiranya kami melalui negerimu; kami tidak akan berjalan melalui ladang-ladang dan kebun-kebun anggurmu dan kami tidak akan minum air sumurmu; jalan besar saja akan kami jalani dengan tidak menyimpang ke kanan atau ke kiri, sampai kami melalui batas daerahmu.”
KJV, Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

20:18 LAI TB, Tetapi orang Edom berkata kepada mereka: “Tidak boleh kamu melalui daerah kami, nanti kami keluar menjumpai kamu dengan pedang!”
KJV, And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.

20:19 LAI TB, Lalu berkatalah orang Israel kepadanya: “Kami akan berjalan melalui jalan raya, dan jika kami dan ternak kami minum airmu, maka kami akan membayar uangnya, asal kami diizinkan lalu dengan berjalan kaki, hanya itu saja.”
KJV, And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go by the high way: and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing any thing else, go through on my feet.

וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלָיו בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּמְסִלָּה נַעֲלֶה וְאִם־מֵימֶיךָ נִשְׁתֶּה אֲנִי וּמִקְנַי וְנָתַתִּי מִכְרָם רַק אֵין־דָּבָר בְּרַגְלַי אֶעֱבֹרָה׃

20:20 LAI TB, Tetapi jawab mereka: “Tidak boleh kamu lalu.” Maka keluarlah orang Edom menghadapi mereka dengan banyak rakyatnya dan dengan tentara yang kuat.
KJV, And he said, Thou shalt not go through. And Edom came out against him with much people, and with a strong hand.

וַיֹּאמֶר לֹא תַעֲבֹר וַיֵּצֵא אֱדֹום לִקְרָאתֹו בְּעַם כָּבֵד וּבְיָד חֲזָקָה׃

20:21 LAI TB, Ketika orang Edom tidak mau mengizinkan orang Israel lalu dari daerahnya, maka orang Israel menyimpang meninggalkannya.
KJV, Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.

וַיְמָאֵן ׀ אֱדֹום נְתֹן אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל עֲבֹר בִּגְבֻלֹו וַיֵּט יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵעָלָיו׃ פ

20:22 LAI TB, Setelah mereka berangkat dari Kadesh, sampailah segenap umat Israel ke gunung Hor.
KJV, And the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh, and came unto mount Hor.

וַיִּסְעוּ מִקָּדֵשׁ וַיָּבֹאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּל־הָעֵדָה הֹר הָהָר׃
Translit, VAYISU MIQADESY VAYAVOU VENEY-YISRA’EL KOL-HA’EDAH HOR HAHAR
20:23 LAI TB, Lalu berkatalah TUHAN kepada Musa dan Harun dekat gunung Hor, di perbatasan tanah Edom:
KJV, And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in mount Hor, by the coast of the land of Edom, saying,

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל־אַהֲרֹן בְּהֹר הָהָר עַל־גְּבוּל אֶרֶץ־אֱדֹום לֵאמֹר׃
Translit, VAYOMER YEHOVAH (dibaca; ‘Adonay) ‘EL-MOSYEH VE’EL-‘AHARON BEHOR HAHAR ‘AL-GEVUL ‘ERETS-‘EDOM LEMOR
20:24 LAI TB, “Harun akan dikumpulkan kepada kaum leluhurnya, sebab ia tidak akan masuk ke negeri yang Kuberikan kepada orang Israel, karena kamu berdua telah mendurhaka kepada titah-Ku dekat mata air Meriba.
KJV, Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah.

יֵאָסֵף אַהֲרֹן אֶל־עַמָּיו כִּי לֹא יָבֹא אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נָתַתִּי לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַל אֲשֶׁר־מְרִיתֶם אֶת־פִּי לְמֵי מְרִיבָה׃

20:25 LAI TB, Panggillah Harun dan Eleazar, anaknya, dan bawalah mereka naik ke gunung Hor;
KJV, Take Aaron and Eleazar his son, and bring them up unto mount Hor:

קַח אֶת־אַהֲרֹן וְאֶת־אֶלְעָזָר בְּנֹו וְהַעַל אֹתָם הֹר הָהָר׃
Translit, QAKH ‘ET-‘AHARON VE’ET-‘EL’AZAR BENO VEHA’AL ‘OTAM HOR HAHAR
20:26 LAI TB, tanggalkanlah pakaian Harun dan kenakanlah itu kepada Eleazar, anaknya, kemudian Harun akan dikumpulkan kepada kaum leluhurnya dan mati di sana.”
KJV, And strip Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son: and Aaron shall be gathered unto his people, and shall die there.

וְהַפְשֵׁט אֶת־אַהֲרֹן אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וְהִלְבַּשְׁתָּם אֶת־אֶלְעָזָר בְּנֹו וְאַהֲרֹן יֵאָסֵף וּמֵת שָׁם׃

20:27 LAI TB, Lalu Musa melakukan seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN. Mereka naik ke gunung Hor sedang segenap umat itu memandangnya.
KJV, And Moses did as the LORD commanded: and they went up into mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.

וַיַּעַשׂ מֹשֶׁה כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה וַיַּעֲלוּ אֶל־הֹר הָהָר לְעֵינֵי כָּל־הָעֵדָה׃
Translit, VAYA’AS MOSYEH KA’ASYER TSIVAH YEHOVAH (dibaca; ‘Adonay) VAYA’ALU ‘EL-HOR HAHAR LE’EINEY KOL-HA’EDAH
20:28 LAI TB, Musa menanggalkan pakaian Harun dan mengenakannya kepada Eleazar, anaknya. Lalu matilah Harun di puncak gunung itu, kemudian Musa dengan Eleazar turun dari gunung itu.
