36:1 LAI TB, Mendekatlah kepala-kepala puak dari kaum bani Gilead bin Makhir bin Manasye, salah satu dari kaum-kaum keturunan Yusuf, dan berbicara di depan Musa dan pemimpin-pemimpin, kepala-kepala suku orang Israel,
KJV, And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
Hebrew,
וַיִּקְרְבוּ רָאשֵׁי הָאָבֹות לְמִשְׁפַּחַת בְּנֵי־גִלְעָד בֶּן־מָכִיר בֶּן־מְנַשֶּׁה מִמִּשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי יֹוסֵף וַיְדַבְּרוּ לִפְנֵי מֹשֶׁה וְלִפְנֵי הַנְּשִׂאִים רָאשֵׁי אָבֹות לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
Translit, VAYIQ’REVU RASYEY HA’AVOT LEMISY’PAKHAT BENEI-GIL’AD BEN-MAKHIR BEN-MENASYEH MIMISY’PEKHOT BENEY YOSEF VAYEDAB’RU LIF’NEY MOSYEH VELIF’NEY HANESI’IM RASYEY ‘AVOT LIV’NEY YIS’RA’EL
36:2 LAI TB, kata mereka: “TUHAN telah memerintahkan tuanku untuk memberikan tanah itu kepada orang Israel sebagai milik pusaka dengan membuang undi, dan oleh TUHAN telah diperintahkan kepada tuanku untuk memberikan milik pusaka Zelafehad, saudara kami, kepada anak-anaknya yang perempuan.
KJV, And they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters.
Hebrew,
וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶת־אֲדֹנִי צִוָּה יְהוָה לָתֵת אֶת־הָאָרֶץ בְּנַחֲלָה בְּגֹורָל לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַאדֹנִי צֻוָּה בַיהוָה לָתֵת אֶת־נַחֲלַת צְלָפְחָד אָחִינוּ לִבְנֹתָיו׃
Translit, VAYOM’RU ‘ET-‘ADONI TSIVAH YEHOVAH (dibaca: ‘Adonay) LATET ‘ET-HA’ARETS BENAKHALAH BEGORAL LIV’NEY YISRA’EL V’ADONI TSUVAH VAYEHOVAH (dibaca: Va’Adonay) LATET ‘ET-NAKHALAT TSELAF’KHAD ‘AKHINU LIVNOTAV
36:3 LAI TB, Tetapi seandainya mereka kawin dengan salah seorang anak laki-laki dari suku lain di antara orang Israel, maka milik pusaka perempuan itu akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka bapa-bapa kami dan akan ditambahkan kepada milik pusaka suku yang akan dimasukinya, jadi akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka yang diundikan kepada kami.
KJV, And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
Hebrew,
וְהָיוּ לְאֶחָד מִבְּנֵי שִׁבְטֵי בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל לְנָשִׁים וְנִגְרְעָה נַחֲלָתָן מִנַּחֲלַת אֲבֹתֵינוּ וְנֹוסַף עַל נַחֲלַת הַמַּטֶּה אֲשֶׁר תִּהְיֶינָה לָהֶם וּמִגֹּרַל נַחֲלָתֵנוּ יִגָּרֵעַ׃
Translit, VEHAYU LE’EKHAD MIB’NEY SYIV’TEY VENEY-YISRA’EL LENASYIM VENIG’RE’AH NAKHALATAN MINAKHALAT ‘AVOTEINU VENOSAF ‘AL NAKHALAT HAMATEH ‘ASYER TIH’YEINAH LAHEM UMIGORAL NAKHALATENU YIGARE’A
36:4 LAI TB, Maka apabila tiba tahun Yobel bagi orang Israel, milik pusaka perempuan itu akan ditambahkan kepada milik pusaka suku yang akan dimasukinya dan akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka suku nenek moyang kami.”
KJV, And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.
Hebrew,
וְאִם־יִהְיֶה הַיֹּבֵל לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְנֹוסְפָה נַחֲלָתָן עַל נַחֲלַת הַמַּטֶּה אֲשֶׁר תִּהְיֶינָה לָהֶם וּמִנַּחֲלַת מַטֵּה אֲבֹתֵינוּ יִגָּרַע נַחֲלָתָן׃
Translit, VE’IM-YIHYEH HAYOVEL LIV’NEY YISRA’EL VENOS’FAH NAKHALATAN ‘AL NAKHALAT HAMATEH ‘ASYER TIH’YEINAH LAHEM UMINAKHALAT MATEH AVOTEINU YIGARA NAKHALATAN
36:5 LAI TB, Lalu Musa memerintahkan kepada orang Israel sesuai dengan titah TUHAN: “Perkataan suku keturunan Yusuf itu benar.
KJV, And Moses commanded the children of Israel according to the word of the LORD, saying, The tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said well.
Hebrew,
וַיְצַו מֹשֶׁה אֶת־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַל־פִּי יְהוָה לֵאמֹר כֵּן מַטֵּה בְנֵי־יֹוסֵף דֹּבְרִים׃
Translit, VAYETSAV MOSYEH ‘ET-BENEY YISRA’EL ‘AL-PI YEHOVAH (dibaca: ‘Adonay) LEMOR KEN MATEH VENEY-YOSEF DOV’RIM
36:6 LAI TB, Inilah firman yang diperintahkan TUHAN mengenai anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad, bunyinya: Mereka boleh kawin dengan siapa saja yang suka kepada mereka, asal mereka kawin di lingkungan salah satu kaum dari suku ayah mereka.
KJV, This is the thing which the LORD doth command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry.
Hebrew,
זֶה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה לִבְנֹות צְלָפְחָד לֵאמֹר לַטֹּוב בְּעֵינֵיהֶם תִּהְיֶינָה לְנָשִׁים אַךְ לְמִשְׁפַּחַת מַטֵּה אֲבִיהֶם תִּהְיֶינָה לְנָשִׁים׃
Translit, ZEH HADAVAR ASYER-TSIVAH YEHOVAH (dibaca: ‘Adonay) LIV’NOT TSELAF’KHAD LEMOR LATOV BE’EINEIHEM TIHYEINAH LENASYIM ‘AKH LEMISY’PAKHAT MATEH ‘AVIHEM TIH’YEINAH LENASYIM
36:7 LAI TB, Sebab milik pusaka orang Israel tidak boleh beralih dari suku ke suku, tetapi orang Israel haruslah masing-masing memegang milik pusaka suku nenek moyangnya.
KJV, So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
Hebrew,
וְלֹא־תִסֹּב נַחֲלָה לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמַּטֶּה אֶל־מַטֶּה כִּי אִישׁ בְּנַחֲלַת מַטֵּה אֲבֹתָיו יִדְבְּקוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
Translit, VELO-TISOV NAKHALA LIV’NEY YISRA’EL MIMATEH ‘EL-MATEH KI ‘ISY BENAKHALAT MATEH ‘AVOTAV YID’BEQU BENEY YIS’RA’EL
36:8 LAI TB, Jadi setiap anak perempuan di antara suku-suku orang Israel yang telah mewarisi milik pusaka, haruslah kawin dengan seorang dari salah satu kaum yang termasuk suku ayahnya, supaya setiap orang Israel mewarisi milik pusaka nenek moyangnya.
KJV, And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
Hebrew,
וְכָל־בַּת יֹרֶשֶׁת נַחֲלָה מִמַּטֹּות בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לְאֶחָד מִמִּשְׁפַּחַת מַטֵּה אָבִיהָ תִּהְיֶה לְאִשָּׁה לְמַעַן יִירְשׁוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ נַחֲלַת אֲבֹתָיו׃
Translit, VEKHOL-BAT YORESYET NAKHALAH MIMATOT BENEY YISRA’EL LE’EKHAD MIMISY’PAKHAT MATEH ‘AVIHA TIH’YEH LE’ISYAH LEMA’AN YIR’SYU BENEY YISRA’EL ‘ISY NAKHALAT ‘AVOTAV
36:9 LAI TB, Sebab milik pusaka itu tidak boleh beralih dari suku ke suku, tetapi suku-suku orang Israel haruslah masing-masing memegang milik pusakanya sendiri.”
KJV, Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
Hebrew,
וְלֹא־תִסֹּב נַחֲלָה מִמַּטֶּה לְמַטֶּה אַחֵר כִּי־אִישׁ בְּנַחֲלָתֹו יִדְבְּקוּ מַטֹּות בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
Translit, VELO-TISOV NAKHALAH MIMATEH LEMATEH ‘AKHER KI-‘ISY BENAKHALATO YID’BEQU MATOT BENEY YIS’RA’EL
36:10 LAI TB, Seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada Musa, demikianlah diperbuat anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad.
KJV, Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:

כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה כֵּן עָשׂוּ בְּנֹות צְלָפְחָד׃
Translit, KA’ASYER TSIVAH YEHOVAH (dibaca: ‘Adonay) ‘ET-MOSYE KEN ‘ASU BENOT TSELAF’KHAD
36:11 LAI TB, Maka Mahla, Tirza, Hogla, Milka dan Noa, anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad, kawin dengan anak-anak lelaki dari pihak saudara-saudara ayah mereka;
KJV, For Mahlah, Tirzah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married unto their father’s brothers’ sons:
Hebrew,
וַתִּהְיֶינָה מַחְלָה תִרְצָה וְחָגְלָה וּמִלְכָּה וְנֹעָה בְּנֹות צְלָפְחָד לִבְנֵי דֹדֵיהֶן לְנָשִׁים׃
Translit, VATIH’YEINAH MAKH’LAH TIR’TSAH VEKHAGLAH UMILKAH VENO’AH BENOT TSELAF’KHAD LIVNEY DODEIHEN LENASHIM
36:12 LAI TB, mereka kawin dengan laki-laki dari kaum-kaum bani Manasye bin Yusuf, sehingga milik pusaka mereka tetap tinggal pada suku kaum ayahnya.
KJV, And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father.
Hebrew,
מִמִּשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי־מְנַשֶּׁה בֶן־יֹוסֵף הָיוּ לְנָשִׁים וַתְּהִי נַחֲלָתָן עַל־מַטֵּה מִשְׁפַּחַת אֲבִיהֶן׃
Translit, MIMISY’PEKHOT BENEY-MENASYE VEN-YOSEF HAYU LENASYIM VATEHI NAKHALATAN ‘AL-MATEH MISY’PAKHAT ‘AVIHEN
36:13 LAI TB, Itulah perintah dan peraturan yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada orang Israel dengan perantaraan Musa di dataran Moab di tepi sungai Yordan dekat Yerikho.
KJV, These are the commandments and the judgments, which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.

אֵלֶּה הַמִּצְוֹת וְהַמִּשְׁפָּטִים אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּעַרְבֹת מֹואָב עַל יַרְדֵּן יְרֵחֹו׃
